We strive to keep your repair cost low, while maintaining the highest professional quality, allowing us to guarantee your repair for 90 days!

  • Do to higher operating expenses and time, as of January 1, 2024 we no longer provide free pick-up and delivery of your appliance at your location. However, we do provide free pickup and delivery in the Silverdale, WA Best Buy parking lot, at the “Best Buy/Party City” sign along Ridgetop Blvd. We only need to agree on the time to meet. We apologize if this causes you any inconvenience.
  • As an alternative, we do provide pick-up and delivery of your appliance at your location for a flat $10 fee. That is, $10 for pick-up, and an additional $10 for delivery. Each fee is independent of the other. For example, if we charge $10 to pick up the repair at your location, you are free to have us deliver it to you at the Silverdale, WA Best Buy parking lot location for free.

We want you to be fully satisfied with our service. Therefore, we guarantee that if we repair an item and it fails for the same reason that led to the original repair, and does so within 90 days after that repair, we will replace the failed parts at NO COST to you. Here is how our service works:

  1. You initiate the repair process at any time, 24/7 by emailing us from the “SCHEDULE A REPAIR” link. (If you cannot contact us over the internet, you may call us at (360) 726-7655 between 9AM and 9PM (PST) Monday – Friday. If we do not answer, please leave a short message that includes your name and phone number. We will return your call within 24 hours.)
  2. We will arrange for, and make the pick-up according to the bullet items listed in the section above.
  3. After identifying the reason for your item not working properly, we will email you (or in some cases text or call) with an estimated quote to repair your item.
  4. Upon your approval, we will make the repairs, then email you the repair Invoice.
  5. Please notify us that you received the Invoice. We will then arrange for delivery according to the bullet items listed in the section above. Payment is NOT required prior to delivery, but may be made through Venmo. Payment IS required by delivery. We accept Venmo, check, or cash. Our Venmo account name is “@kitsapsar”. DO NOT add “.com” at the end. Doing so sends the $ to “Venmo hell”, where it is almost impossible for YOU to retrieve. In Venmo hell, the $ is still yours, so I have no ability to help you get it out. (You have 1 guess as to why I know this – LOL.)
