To set up a repair, please complete the repair form below (preferred). If that is not possible, you can call us at (360) 726-7655 between 9AM and 9PM (PST) Monday – Friday. Please be prepared to provide us with the information shown on the form.

NOTE: When we come to pick up the item, please have all parts and accessories needed to duplicate the problem, but KEEP all other attachments and accessories. If you have a lamp needing repair, please remove and keep the lamp shade.

    Here is how our service works:

    1. You initiate the repair process at any time, 24/7 by emailing us from the “SCHEDULE A REPAIR” link. (If you cannot contact us over the internet, you may call us at (360) 726-7655 between 9AM and 9PM (PST) Monday – Friday. If we do not answer, please leave a short message that includes your name and phone number. We will return your call within 24 hours.)
    2. We will arrange for, and make the pick-up.
    3. After identifying the reason for your item not working properly, we will call you with an estimated cost to repair your item.
    4. Upon your approval, we will make the repairs, then email you the final bill.
    5. After payment is made online, we will arrange for, and return the item.
