To set up a repair, please complete the repair form below (preferred). If that is not possible, you can call us at (360) 726-7655 between 9AM and 9PM (PST) Monday – Friday. Please be prepared to provide us with the information shown on the form.

NOTE: When we pick up the item, please have all parts and accessories needed to duplicate the problem, but KEEP all other attachments and accessories.     Here is how our service works:

    1. You initiate the repair process at any time, 24/7 by emailing us from the “SCHEDULE A REPAIR” link. (If you cannot contact us over the internet, you may call us at (360) 726-7655 between 9AM and 9PM (PST) Monday – Friday. If we do not answer, please leave a short message that includes your name and phone number. We will return your call within 24 hours.)
    2. We will arrange for, and make the pick-up according to the bullet items in the top section on the “Home” page.
    3. After identifying the reason for your item not working properly, we will email you (or in some cases text or call) with an estimated Quote to repair your item.
    4. Upon your approval, we will make the repairs, then email you the Invoice.
    5. Please notify us that you received the Invoice. We will then arrange for delivery according to the bullet items listed in the top section on the “Home” page. Payment is NOT required prior to delivery, but may be made through Venmo. Payment IS required by delivery. We accept Venmo, check, or cash. Our Venmo account name is “@kitsapsar”. DO NOT add “.com” at the end.
